Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer buying online in the EU you have a legal right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht). You may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Withdrawal period
The 14-day period starts on the day you (or someone you designate) receive the Product. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your notice of withdrawal before the period expires.
How to withdraw
Send an email to support@dutchpronas.nl stating clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, including your order number and name. You may use our model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Returning the Product
- Return the Product within 14 days of notifying us.
- Pack it in its original packaging where possible, with all accessories.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the Product.
- You may inspect the Product as you would in a shop; you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that.
Refunds
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the Product back or you have shown that you returned it. Refunds use the same payment method you used (iDEAL/card via Mollie), at no extra charge.
Exceptions
Note that data stored by you on a returned device is wiped on receipt; please back it up first. Custom-configured or sealed items opened after delivery may be excluded from withdrawal where the law permits.
Warranty
Separate from withdrawal, your Product carries the statutory conformity guarantee and the commercial warranty stated on its product page. Contact support@dutchpronas.nl for warranty claims.
